Welcome to AquahealthUK, one of Scotland’s leading centres for colonic hydrotherapy, more commonly known as colonic irrigation or ‘colonics’. Our clinic is located in a quiet rural location close to Inverness, in the Highlands region of Scotland, 3 miles from Inverness Airport and easily accessed by rail, road or bus.

As one of Scotland longest established centres, our staff are fully trained with backgrounds in complementary medicine and have several years of practice experience in both the United Kingdom and Europe. We offer a private, professional service using the latest medical technology to ensure your treatment is both comfortable and effective. We look forward to welcoming you to our modern clinic.

Before treatment begins your practitioner will explain the procedure and discuss any relevant medical history. We will discuss an appropriate course of treatment that will suit your needs and improve your sense of health and well being. You will then be asked to remove the bottom half of your clothing and wear a towel provided by the practitioner, after which you will be invited to lay on the treatment table where warm purified water will be introduced into the colon via a small (1.5 inch in length) disposal tube (your modesty is preserved at all times). The practitioner will apply massage techniques during the treatment to help stimulate the release  toxins that have built up over time and adhered to the colon wall and which were not eliminated during normal bowel movements.
